Spanish hospitality and catering equipment at the Sirha Lyon Trade Show
The Spanish Exporting Manufacturers Association for the Hospitality Industry (AFEHC) will begin this year’s international trade fair promotional activity by organizing the participation of a group of Spanish companies in Sirha Lyon (International Hotel, Catering and Food Trade Exhibition), which will be held on 19-23 January at the Eurexpo exhibition and convention centre in Lyon (France).
In 2023, this biennial trade fair specializing in food service, hospitality and food and beverages will celebrate its 40th anniversary in its 21st edition.
Group participation of 14 Spanish catering equipment manufacturers
This will be the fourteenth Spanish group participation in Sirha Lyon organized by AFEHC and will be made up of 14 companies that will present their new products to the French market, the leading destination for Spanish exports in the hotel and catering equipment industry.
The following companies will form part of the Spanish group travelling under the industry umbrella brand Horeca Equipment from Spain: Araven, Comas, Denox (Famesa), Fagor Professional, Frucosol, Infrico, Markibar, Mibrasa, QualityFry, Repagas, Salva, Sammic, Texia (My Drap) and Zummo.
AFEHC will also have its own stand at Sirha Lyon 2023 (Stand 6E02, Hall 6). Its promotional activities will include a printed information leaflet on the Spanish group’s participation that will be distributed at the fair, and an email marketing campaign targeting potential buyers.
This group participation of Spanish companies in Sirha Lyon is included in the Industry Plan for International Promotion of Equipment for the Restaurant and Catering Industry 2023, which was designed by AFEHC in collaboration with ICEX Spain Trade and Investment.
In addition to the Spanish group participation, other AFEHC member companies, such as Distform-Mychef, García de Pou, Josper, Lacor and Pujadas, will also be exhibiting at this edition of Sirha Lyon.
