AFEHC Organizes Spanish Pavilion at American Trade Show The NAFEM Show

Spanish manufacturers of equipment for the hospitality and catering industry are returning to the NAFEM Show, which will be held from 1 to 3 February at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The trade show is held every two years, but the most recent edition was in 2019 because the Covid pandemic made it necessary to cancel the 2021 edition.

The Spanish Exporting Manufacturers Association for the Hospitality Industry (AFEHC) will coordinate the third group participation of Spanish companies in the NAFEM Show after the editions in 2017 and 2019.

Organized by the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM), the show presents the latest innovations in foodservice equipment and supplies for preparing, cooking and storing food, tableware and warewashing.

The Spanish manufacturers will present their latest developments at the trade show under the sector’s umbrella brand Horeca Equipment from Spain, created by AFEHC for international promotion of Spanish manufacturers of equipment for the hotel, restaurant and catering industry. The Spanish pavilion at the NAFEM Show will feature the firms Fagor Professional, Infrico, ITV Ice Makers, Mibrasa, Sammic, Zumex and Zummo.

With the aim of promoting the products of these Spanish manufacturers on the American market, AFEHC will implement an email marketing campaign targeting potential customers.

This group participation of Spanish companies at the NAFEM Show is included in the Industry Plan for International Promotion of Equipment for the Restaurant and Catering Industry 2023, drawn up by AFEHC in collaboration with ICEX Spain Trade and Investment. As the main destination outside Europe for Spanish exports of equipment for the hospitality and catering industry, the American market figures prominently in sector plans year after year.
