The Keys to NSF Certification for Hospitality and Foodservice Equipment in the United States

AFEHC organized the conference "Certification of Hospitality and Foodservice Equipment in the United States" on 18 April 2018 at the Hostelco trade show to provide information on NSF certification. This certification process is highly recommended for manufacturers of food equipment interested in gaining a foothold on the American market.

Two representatives from NSF International participated in the conference: Laura Cazzola, Senior Sales and Business Development Manager Food Equipment and Non-Food Compound Programs, and Sofie Ponseele, Senior Account Manager for Food Equipment. They described the certification process and material requirements, and also presented a few practical cases.  Daniel Domènech, Chairman of AFEHC, moderated the conference.
